You can punch it out in a dynamic barre boxing workout or focus on building lean muscle and stability in a barre strength class. Each style blends elements of ballet, Pilates, and functional movement to improve balance, flexibility, and endurance—helping you feel stronger, more confident, and connected to your body with every session. All workouts are done from home and the only props you need are a chair and a set of weights.
